Everyday Feminism

Everyday Feminism is a corporate website that pays freelance writers to produce articles that perpetuate the cultural assertions of inclusivity and diversity to a young, social-media savvy demographic. The ‘CEO’ Sandra Kim, is the face of this (hate to sound conspiratorial) propaganda of ‘intersectionality’ aimed at young women who use social media to engage with ‘online activism’ by sharing its content. Sandra Kim is only known by one photograph published on the Website, and an appearance that seems to be recorded during one of their other profitable “online workshops” focusing on “inclusivity training”.

Any simple search on google comes up zilch for any of its writers or staff. This information is not transparent to readers, and neither is its funding or financial information. It has a comments policy that strictly eliminates open comment of any kind. Why?

As I have discovered in the past, many of its ‘feminist’ articles are often repurposed as content for other online publications like CLEO magazine. just a few words are changed. Suzanne Weiss is one such author in particular, and when I found her on Twitter and pointed this out (the CLEO/Everyday Feminism article she wrote), I was blocked. The screenshots are in my computer somewhere and when I located them I will include them here.

Point is, there is no accountability, comment or company personnel that readers can directly connect to. All the writers of the website content are subcontracted freelance writers who do not represent or partake in the management or strategy of Everyday Feminism. Do you want to get paid for writing articles on intersectional feminist topics? Yes? Submit articles below. etc.
