By law, transgender individuals can not be refused entry anywhere. There is no discrimination allowed. So is this enough or do you still require the status of a marginalized minority?

It doesn’t appear as though the ‘transgender community’ has a lot to complain about in terms of acceptance by wider society — penalties and punishments await those whose business does not submit to new legislation. Sports organisations dedicated to women are not allowed to refuse entry to male-body transgender women for any reason, to do so will result in being liable and legally considered discriminatory. Women are forced to compete for the honour of losing to male-bodied athletes or otherwise compete at the high risk of injury and/or death. Recent progress made in the way of encouraging young Islamic women to join in playing sports is fundamentally over, as their religious practices involve sex-segregated spaces for undress.

Muslim women and girls don’t matter. Muslim women and girls don’t need to play or feel safe to participate in sports anyway — so forget about them. What matters more than them, is the right for transgender individuals to enjoy the advantages they have over women not through talent by through their physical dominance over women.
